At Luxe Self, operated by Kriya LLC, we value transparency and clarity in all of our offerings. This policy outlines our stance on refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks for products, coaching, and services purchased through luxeself.com and associated platforms.
Coaching Services
All coaching services—including 1:1 coaching, group coaching programs, or other mentorship offerings—are non-refundable.
By purchasing coaching, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that your results depend on your own effort, commitment, and follow-through.
Coaching services are time-based, knowledge-based, and considered fully delivered once sessions begin or materials are accessed. No refunds will be provided for unused sessions or uncompleted programs.
Digital Products and Programs
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital courses, workbooks, masterclasses, and downloadable resources are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once they have been delivered or accessed.
Some premium programs may carry limited-time refund guarantees, which will be clearly stated on the product’s specific sales page. If no such guarantee is listed, the product is non-refundable.
Events, Workshops, and Live Programs
All purchases for live events, workshops, and virtual trainings are final unless otherwise specified in the terms for that specific event. We do not offer refunds for scheduling conflicts or personal circumstances unless required by law.
If Luxe Self cancels a paid event for any reason, you will receive a full refund or be given the option to transfer your registration to a future date.
Subscription Services
If a product or program involves recurring billing (such as a membership or payment plan), cancellation of future payments does not entitle you to a refund for past charges.
You may cancel future billing at any time through the method provided at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to manage and cancel subscriptions prior to your next billing date if you do not wish to be charged.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us to resolve the matter is a violation of our Terms of Service and client agreements. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and provide relevant documentation to your payment processor to enforce our refund policy.
