Luxe Self Anti-Slavery Policy Statement

Effective Date: October 24, 2023

Last Updated: April 12, 2025

Modern slavery, including slavery, servitude, forced labor, and human trafficking, is a serious crime and a fundamental violation of human rights. Kriya LLC, including its brand Luxe Self, maintains a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery and is committed to acting with integrity and transparency in all areas of our business.

While not currently required by law to publish this statement, we choose to do so in support of our commitment to ethical conduct, transparency, and responsible business practices.

Scope and Applicability

This policy applies to all individuals working for or on behalf of Kriya LLC in any capacity, including employees, contractors, interns, vendors, business partners, freelancers, and third-party service providers. It applies to all locations and jurisdictions in which we operate or conduct business activities.

Our Commitment

We are committed to:

  • Preventing any form of modern slavery or human trafficking within our operations or supply chain.
  • Conducting appropriate due diligence when engaging contractors or service providers.
  • Including anti-slavery expectations in our contractual relationships.
  • Supporting corrective action and remediation efforts if risks are identified.

We expect all vendors, contractors, and suppliers to uphold these same standards and to communicate them throughout their own supply chains. We reserve the right to terminate relationships with individuals or organizations who fail to comply.

Responsibilities

Executive oversight of this policy lies with Kriya LLC leadership. Management is responsible for implementation, training, monitoring, and enforcement across relevant teams and departments.

All employees, contractors, and representatives are expected to:

  • Understand and comply with this policy.
  • Avoid any activity that could lead to a violation.
  • Report any concerns or suspicions of slavery or trafficking immediately.

We may provide training or awareness resources as needed to support compliance with this policy and raise awareness of modern slavery risks.

Reporting Concerns

If you suspect or are aware of any violation of this policy—either within our operations or among our partners—you are required to report it promptly to a manager, director, or via support here. Anonymous or confidential reports will be taken seriously and handled with discretion.

Kriya LLC will not tolerate retaliation against any person who raises concerns in good faith. Any instance of retaliation will be treated as a serious disciplinary matter.

Enforcement and Non-Compliance

Violations of this policy by employees may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. We reserve the right to end relationships with contractors, vendors, or other parties who breach this policy or who fail to demonstrate a commitment to eradicating modern slavery.

Policy Review

This policy will be reviewed regularly and updated as needed to reflect legal obligations, best practices, or operational changes. Suggestions for improvement are welcome and may be submitted via our support page.
