Luxe Self Affiliate Agreement

1. Enrollment and Approval

All affiliates must be approved by us prior to promotion. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application for any reason. If approved, you will receive access to a unique referral link for tracking eligible commissions.

2. What You Can Promote

Affiliates may promote select Luxe Self digital offers, such as online courses or downloadable resources. High-touch offerings like private coaching or mastermind programs are not eligible for commissions unless explicitly stated. Commissionable products will be clearly marked and communicated.

3. Commission Terms

Commission rates vary by product and will be outlined in your affiliate dashboard or promotional materials.
Commissions are paid via PayPal 30 days after a qualifying sale is completed.
There is no minimum payout threshold.
If a sale is refunded, canceled, or results in a chargeback, any corresponding commission will be voided or reversed.

4. Tracking and Platform

Affiliate tracking and payments are managed through ThriveCart. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure accurate tracking, we are not responsible for technical issues that may interfere with tracking or attribution.

5. Advertising Guidelines

You may use email, organic content, and paid advertising to promote eligible products. However:

You may not bid on any branded terms (including “Luxe Self,” “Attract The One,” the names of our programs or services, or Elizabeth Stone).
You may not impersonate the Luxe Self brand or create ads that suggest you are the official company.
All promotional content must reflect our values and not mislead, exaggerate, or misrepresent the product.

6. Ethical Conduct

You agree to follow honest, ethical promotional practices at all times. Spamming, misrepresentation, or unethical behavior is grounds for immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for complying with your local tax laws and reporting any income received. If required, you may be asked to complete relevant tax documentation prior to payout.

8. Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until either party terminates it. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your participation at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using any Luxe Self materials, affiliate links, or branding.

9. Independent Contractor

As an affiliate, you are an independent contractor. This Agreement does not create any joint venture, partnership, agency, or employment relationship.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after updates are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages or lost profits related to your participation in the program.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Kriya LLC is incorporated. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with our Terms of Service.
